  • Being in a pandemic the local authorities needs to examine the plumbing and the facility. While a "problem," easily fixed by bringing your own water.

    Funny, you know it would be ONE thing if you have the requirement that we have our own locks. THIS way we ARE responsible for anything we have in the locker. When you do NOT allow the people that pay for a membership to have a REASONABLE amount of security then you assume this responsibility.

    And to see you do not care. At all. Not even 1% do you care.

    And not ONE apology for ANYTHING about this. Not one. Yes, someone returned the wallet and the card, which was cancelled, in it and a discount card from ONE store but the other cards were missing. And was told this NEVER happened.

    Right. Will continue there NOT because of you or the management but because of some of the people that are there. I was told there are individual locks on each locker so the security is provided. Why then, if this security IS sufficient do you provide a safe?

    Look, you should apologize for your position. I saw a post about one year ago about the MMA bags upstairs, how a person said they are filled with sand and that hitting these creates injuries. Your response was you are fixing this. When? When will this occur? One year and they have not been touched.

    If you DID care then you would take care of the people that pay you money to attend.

    Don't make promises and statements that you have no intention of fulfilling, people DO read these things and they see how things are run. A little secret, it is not a good impression. And, last I checked, people's memberships pay your salaries.

    I said here I am from America. Considering English is the native language there then this is how I must answer.

  • All the responses and it would be SO easy to say, Sorry for the bad experience, forgive us and we'll fix it.

    But to have THIS many responses with no apology and many explanations makes it a difficult thing to accept. With each response it makes me more and more leary and skeptical to use the system again. HONESTLY only speaking English I do not have a lot of choices and I do not have a car here. I would to like to miss the tram system so there's not a lot of other options.

    So to make it the easiest and the best response say Sorry, won't happen again. To tell you about Americans we KNOW nothing will change and there is a possibility to have this happen a second time. WE DON'T CARE about this. But to continue to drive the point home to make US feel confident in the system is not a way to get our faith and trust.

    To say again, and this is how it DOES go with us, I am pissed and complain. YOU say, sorry, this was our mistake, forgive us and I will do my BEST to never have this happen again. I will say, okay, thank you for your apology and I will be back. But THIS time I will make EVERY effort to check the system to ensure I will be satisfied.

    OUR saying for this is, fool me once, shame on you, fool me TWICE, shame on ME.

    But a simple question, why in the world would you have a driver in your system that is allowed to accept the pick-up then decline it after? Putting not only me but my wife in a position where we were stranded at the airport? Why would he accept the fee to begin with? I would think in a logical world that if a person was concerned about the fee they would avoid this to begin with. It's NOT too much to think this should be honored. In America and Czech I can see the fee and choose either economy, mid-rage or luxury rides. Here in Yekaterinburg this is not an option. So I know before what the fee will be and I can choose the type of ride I want. I would believe the drivers have the same option, to choose how they want to charge the riders. And, if this IS a driver then he most certainly have had trips to pick up people at the airport before. So he KNOWS before accepting the pickup how much he will receive.

    Yet this is normal? A common event? Something that happens frequently? I can guaran-damn-tee you I will not use this service again. If this is the normal operation of this service then I have to hope someone accepts then shows up? My wife warned me about this and I told her no, ALL is good, ALL is taken care of and don't worry, I will take care of you. Surprise, she was correct and I am wrong.

    I have NO idea how many foreigners use this service. But seeing the response and the obvious lack of care in that this happens ALL the time and NOTHING is changing I will be HAPPY to relay to them this information. I will pay MORE to a taxi service just to avoid this. The convenience of this service disappeared. Interesting magic trick, but not a good magic trick.
